Free Ground U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $250

Enjoy free shipping on orders above $250. This offer excludes sales tax, excise tax, discount codes, and reward points. Ensure you select the Free Shipping option during checkout. Note that paid shipping orders are prioritized over free shipping orders.


Shipping and Processing Timelines

Orders typically take 24 to 72 business hours to process before shipping. After processing, you will receive a tracking email. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, based on your location.

Note: During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your packages promptly.


Return to Sender

Reshipping services are at Vapes Villa's discretion. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or resend the package at our expense. A refund, minus postal expenses, will be offered if goods are returned to our facility. For packages returned due to the inability to collect an adult signature, a $14 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

State Regulations

Orders with prohibited items will be removed and canceled. Vape sales are restricted in certain states and cities. Check our website for a complete list of restricted areas.


California Orders

In accordance with California's STAKE Act, we will contact customers with orders shipping to California via an automated telephone service. All orders must be shipped to the verified billing address.


Lost & Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Vapes Villa. Any issues must be resolved with the third-party carrier. Report shipping issues within 48 hours of the last tracking update. Vapes Villa is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by third-party carriers.


Replacement Parts Shipping

All replacement and warranty shipments use Standard Shipping.
