We ship orders within the United States only.
Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Average delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.
We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly stated on our website.
Age Verification at Delivery
In compliance with U.S. law, some shipments may require adult signature (21+) upon delivery. A government-issued photo ID may be requested by the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Vapesvilla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows “Delivered.”
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
For lost shipments in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but replacement or refund eligibility may vary.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally. Orders are limited to addresses within the United States.
