Refund & Returns Policy

Our Philosophy

At Vapes Villa, we handle refund and returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. We kindly ask our customers to fully test their products and use our troubleshooting tips for quick solutions.

Standard Returns

We gladly accept returns of new, unopened items purchased on our website for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address of the order.

For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:

  • E-Liquids
  • Atomizers (such as RDAs and Tanks)
  • Disposable Vapes
  • Replacement Pods and Coils (if tamper foil is broken)
  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
  • Hemp Products
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Glass Products and Accessories

For products with special seals, such as E-Liquid bottle caps or hardware packaging with tamper-proof stickers, returns are not accepted once the seal is broken.

Warranty Service

Hardware devices purchased directly from our website come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. Initial contact with our department does not extend warranty periods. You may also contact manufacturers directly for after-sales service for an extended warranty period.

Products not covered under our 30-Day Warranty:

  • Atomizers (such as RDAs and Tanks)
  • Disposable Vapes
  • Replacement Pods and Coils
  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
  • Hemp Products
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Glass Products and Accessories

To be eligible for service under warranty, initiate a return process by contacting us at support@vapesvilla.com or use the Contact Form within 30 days of original delivery. The defective item must be shipped back to our facility prior to the issuance of a refund or store credit.

The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user error. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

Note: Some manufacturers require the warranty card included in the package to process warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents.

Delivery Issue Policy

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Inspect your items carefully upon receiving them, and notify us of any issues within this time frame. You may be requested to ship incorrect items back to our facility and/or submit an Affidavit Form to proceed with the process.

Products reported as broken or damaged after 48 hours of delivery will not be covered under our policy.

Note: A photo of the item(s) received along with the paper invoice is required to assist you.

Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.

Additional Information

We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please research or contact us before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

To request a refund, replacement, or exchange, contact our returns department at support@vapesvilla.com. Provide your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package.

Do not ship items back in regular envelopes or paper envelope material, as this insufficient packaging may cause items to be lost or damaged in transit. Use padded envelopes or boxes. Poor packaging for returned products may result in refusal of your return. Additionally, do not ship the return package to the address on the parcel, as it may be a carrier's transit warehouse, which differs from our facility.

Note: Atomizers such as tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, pod systems, and starter kits purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids and nicotine salts e-liquids. Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will void the warranty on these products, and we will not accept them for return.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for standard returns (e.g., wrong item ordered or no longer needed). We do not offer replacements; defective items will result in a credit issuance back to your account. Adult Signature Service, Route fees, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds may be issued back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) or as store credit. Vapes Villa is not responsible for refunds to a prepaid card or a canceled credit card if the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
