Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of vape and nicotine products, all sales are final once the package is opened.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including disposable vapes, e-liquids, or accessories.
Only unopened, unused, and sealed items may be considered for return within 15 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if eligible.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
